The website for SMA Europe's 3rd scientific congress on SMA is live!
We are delighted to announce that our congress website is now live.
The 3rd edition of our congress will present a unique opportunity for scientists and clinicians in the field of SMA to present their latest research, to exchange ideas, to discuss potential collaborations and to network.
This event will bring together not only the experts in the field but also young scientists and clinicians at the beginning of their careers, industry representatives and other stakeholders.
An exciting programme has been designed, which will begin at 9.30 on Wednesday 9th February and end at 14.30 on Friday 11th February 2022. The congress will be opened by both our President, Nicole Gusset and the Chair of our Scientific Advisory Board, Brunhilde Wirth.
Our session Chairs include Giovanni Baranello, Albena Jordanova, George Mentis, Umrao Monani, Michela Rigoni, Valeria Sansone and Andreas Ziegler.
There will also be three workshops, organised by Cécile Martinat & Stefania Corti, Danilo Tiziano & Heike Koelbel and Sonia Messina & Renske Wadman, as well as a roundtable, moderated by Richard Finkel and including Claudio Bruno, Isabelle Desguerre, Laurent Servais, Ludo van der Pol, Maggie Walter and a patient advocate.
